It is important to \u00c9S that the administration is ready to work collaboratively with the student or group of students carrying out the project;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Receive the funding from \u00c9S that was remitted to the educational institution and then pay it to the student or group of students;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ensure the appropriate use of funding and approve the accountability report completed by the student or group of students;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Keep all receipts and any other supporting documents related to the project management for twelve (12) months for verification if required;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Notify \u00c9S of any changes that have had a major impact on the funding (example: end or postponement of the project).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1628004138986{padding-top: 45px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4523&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>The administration at the educational institution<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The administration at the educational institution may be represented by the director or a member of the administrative staff.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Approve the project by completing and signing the \u201cSupport of the administration at the educational institution\u201d section on the funding application and\/or funding renewal application form completed by the student(s) under the supervision of the support person;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Receive the funding from \u00c9S and remit it to the support person;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Complete and sign the \u201cCertification by the administration at the educational institution\u201d section on the accountability report to confirm its compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1628004138986{padding-top: 45px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4527&#8243;
